PARKING RULES
Sports Village has recently updated its parking rules! They can be downloaded here or from the HOA documents page. This update simply cleared up some things that were a little confusing. In summary, be courteous, keep vehicles in good condition, licensed and insured, and do not store personal items in the open carports.
BUILDING UPDATES
Building remodeling is complete! Landscaping is complete!
Our fabulous Sports Village staff has moved on to the garages and carports. Most garages are complete and our complex has never looked better!
BOARD MEMBER NEEDED!
As we approach our annual meeting, we have a vacancy to fill on the Sports Village HOA Board of Directors. This is your chance to participate in the workings of this great complex and help make decisions. The board meets monthly via Zoom.

SPECIAL ASSESSEMENT DUE
The Sports Village HOA approved a $500 special assessment per unit which funded several important improvement projects in 2025. This assessment was due October 1, 2025, and has funded the following necessary projects:
- Tennis/Pickleball court repair and resurface, including additional pickleball courts!
- Court fencing replacement
- Lap pool fence replacement
- Lap pool resurfacing

NEWS & INFORMATION
LAP POOL MAINTENANCE – We are resurfacing our lap pool and hot tub this winter. Although the pool would typically be closed, the hot tub is also closed at this time. Please use the hot tub at the family pool near the clubhouse for your soaking needs.
POOLS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON – We closed the pools for the winter for the first time last year. It was a great benefit and we will continue with this schedule (closed from the Monday after Thanksgiving until Friday before Presidents Day). Please update information you share with your guests. Hot tubs will remain open year-round (except for the work noted above).
CLUBHOUSE FLOOD – The clubhouse basement and activities are now open! Many are aware these were heavily damaged by a broken water pipe and resulting flood on January 20th, 2024. Our fabulous staff worked tirelessly to clean up the huge mess and spent months on repairs, essentially remodeling the entire basement. Please thank them for their efforts and work to continually improve Sports Village!
INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE – Please note our increased insurance deductible and plan accordingly, effective March 1, 2025. A recent letter was mailed to all homeowners at the end of 2024.
ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING – The annual homeowners meeting will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 9:00 am.
